Priority attention in Nigeria

Swoness on Nigeria: However, Swoness is willing to assist, encourage or steel the useful Nigerians to rise up, wise up not to break up and come together no matter our differences. GI said in one of her SYNs “I'm a “devoted” leader! So first, I have to please people and second, see through their needs, demands and feelings. Third, move on with leadership lucratively.” GI said this because she meant well for Nigerians and the nation; and to look into ways of solving the problems disturbing our Nation including our land. “Such a kid with wisdom; a kid with unique life, and high qualities of attracting, fascinating also the ability to inspire others says a Professor who studied the author.” Swoness is far-outspoken not intimidated or afraid of anyone or anything except God “she says nothing on earth makes her inferior, she is always superior.” Swoness thinks differently and positively and she believes so much in optimism; she's an optimist. Always want the right thing done, at the same time, she tries to be right even when it seems difficult. Swoness wouldn't want to be (quoted) wrong! As a matter of fact, she hates regretting her actions “she said in one of her quotes, never regret what you've done with a sincere affection because it will by no means be erased” and she hates being blamed or found guilty. Most people like the fact that, Swoness is a careful but not a fearful being! Swoness is polite (but don't take her for granted); she smiles most of her times, not really welcoming (because friendliness will bring you down, also due to attacks from opposition). She is impartial therefore, she hates discrimination, vulgar talks and insults; no time you'll notice Swoness looking for trouble or being discourteous to others, except there is need for that. Again, Swoness loves to have her privacy, shut down. But then, the author sited some key factors destroying some nations like Nigeria, etc. Swoness has state facts and causes of Nigeria's annihilation below as initiated by politicians: Corruption in Nigeria: Corruption being the largest economic and social vice is a major problem Nigeria is facing today. Corruption is dishonest and illegal behaviour of people to obtain what they want. It is an immoral way of living. Like in Nigeria, corruption is being led by political elite and that is the saddest phenomenon surrounding it. Fundamentally, to the negative effect of corruption; is the failure of government to achieve their stated goals and objectives. This takes place especially as a result of kickbacks, which increases the cost of governmental contracts. Also, corruption in recruitment leads to inefficiency and waste dominating the activities of government and administration. Furthermore, the diversion of public funds to private pockets through corrupt practices changes completely the values of hard-work and industry to unproductive behaviour. Embezzlement of money and Nepotism are branches of corruption that have eaten deep into our society, which can hardly be eradicated. Political leaders steal funds meant for public welfare and use them for personal and private purposes. For instance, some ministers who held some vital positions in government were allegedly accused of stealing money that was meant for use by the country and they used it for their own personal purposes. Some political leaders also give posts and offices to people in the government only because they are related to each other not because they are qualified to hold such posts and offices. This is wrong because other people who are more qualified for the jobs are left aside and neglected just because the political leaders want to grant these posts to their family members and close friends. Sometimes, also, corruption stretches as far as the religious; some men of God exploit their congregation under the facade of “giving tithes to God.” There are also people who are referred to as “mentally-corrupt” who indulge in rape and human trafficking at the expense of the welfare of innocent citizens. Although several attempts have been made by the government to curb corruption, most of them have proven futile. One can only hope that one day Nigeria will be a corrupt free country and not only corruption; but the nation will be free from all the negative vices hindering her development. The author really wants to help using her God given wisdom to encourage the nation and she's not doing it because of anyone or any reason but as justice hasn't exactly been done to the mother country “Nigeria.” Priority attention in Nigeria: If I were to recommend three areas of life in Nigeria, which the government should give priority attention to without hesitation; I would mention Agriculture, Electricity and Water Supply. These three (3) are the basic factors that people in Nigeria need on daily basis and they love to use, due to the nature of the environment. Read more in The Great Insight................
